Motor, Tranny and all accessories?

How much can I expect to pay for a 5.3 motor with the tranny and everything that goes with it? Would really like to keep it under 50,xxx miles...

I already hit up ebay and found nothing.. What the cheapest anyone has gotten one for?

I was selling a 5.3 and trans (120k mi.) for around $1400 a while back. The deals are out there, just gotta keep on looking. Google: craigslist gen III or Craigslist 4l60e, etc.

Talked to the guy he already has the conversion kit for the 88-98 chevy truck like mine and has it bolted up to his truck, he says that he has the A/C lines made up and the only thing it needs is the wiring harness. He wants 1300$ for it all...

BTW: My truck is a '97 RCSB with the 5.7
