    Speedtec in DFW?

I go to dfw at least 3 times a year for the ladies family. THis last time there I went to a speed shop named speedtec. Needed to know if any of the guys on here had any work done by them. I am looking into gettin electric fans, cam, throttle body, a good bit of trans work and on down the line a s/c. Aside from having extremely high prices and not wantin to just reset my speedometer for less than 400 which was a good bit more than steep they seem like a decent shop. Any comments? problems? or better shops names?

well i have had a chance to talk to the guy and he knows he stuff but, he said when he installs a cam and tunes it he pretty much does the bare minimum. if your over this way then one of us ft. worth guys could prolly help you out on the tune portion if you get a w/b. or atleast i would.

it would take a day to install the fans and cam and valve springs....

for the cam you need to buy cam....7.4 hardened pushrods...and valve springs

fans are up to you...danny (sprayed 99) sells a really nice set for around $500...

TB is a waste of money IMO but thats just me...

pm me on a tune price
