Sometimes it has a 2nd story enclosed passage (hallway/corridor) where you can walk from the 2nd story to the loft above the garage. Trust me--I already looked--Eric could build a porte cochere and have it tie into the bedroom upstairs and have it connect to the future loft above the garage.
