I installed my pacesteer long tubes and had my exhaust redone. I now have only the front O2s. It is running rough. Do i just need to just get it retuned? The codes show i have multiple misfire and the O2s... i changed the plugs and it feels fine now... Was backfiring. but i can smell it running rich...

Absolutely, get it tuned and have the rear 02s turned off.
