    I thought that is why people went to the ls6 intake was for above 5000 rpm performance so i think it would be more noticeable in a 1/4 might pick up 5 mph

    you'll notice the difference mile an hour wise in the 1/4 mile, but man stewie I always though you truck was already putting down impressive #'s with your previous posts of track times, how does it pull on the freeway and highway now?

    I'll bet you will see gains in top end in the 1/4 mile. Looks like you've got that ex-cab moving. By the way, how much does your truck weight?

    i doubt the trucks hurt. going from 50* weather to 80-90 i lost 1/10 on my 60' time and 3/10 overall on the 1/8. lost 2-3 mph in the 1/8 too but heat sucks like that

    it will be back up and ripping again this winter

    So Has Anybody Done The Tbss Intake And Seen Any Gains My Buddy Just Extreme Horsepower Drop A New Motor In His Tbss And He Put A Bad Ass Sheat Metal Intake And He Said I Could Have His Old One

    Im using the 90mm TBSS intake and it has its ups and downs lol you can def tell the diffrence in air intake but u really cant feel any diffrence between our truck intakes to them but hey if ur gettin it for free throw it on it wont hurt lol

    6900 before and after intake swap. im putting it on the dyno this saturday to see where i should shift it.

    old mod list: H/C/I/N/E/G 408
    new mod list: 5.3, gears/posi, mufler and tune : (
