As for the tuning, start with your own vehicle and once you get it down...then do a buddies and by word of mouth it might blossom into somethng worth while, but I would think it would take time
That is my plan. I would not think of boasting my self as a tuner without gaining extensive knowledge of the art.
Every place I have ever worked has been in the hood it seems. I remember working for Tension Envelope in Memphis in particular. The thugs had a habit of ganging up in the street to the plant to get you to stop. I let them hear the sound of a 5.3 at WOT just once.......they got the message.
