difference in 5.3 and 6.0(LQ4) intake?

    Hey all-
I'm putting the '06 6.0 in today in place of the '99 5.3. The intake manifolds look the same so I was going to use the 5.3 intake since it has my return fuel rail and 42lb. injectors already in it.

My question is: Is the 6.0 intake better flowing than the old 5.3 intake or are they the same.

    Thanks, TY

They're the same. You're doing it the way I'd do it myself. Its easy to swap the whole intake out and you know everything on your old one works.
