steering makeing noises????

ok on my truck when ever i turn the steering wheel it makes a little squeaky sound..and it stops when i the steering wheels is strait ..any ideas??
you think it might be the power steering?

mines doing that too i have a 06 sierra almost sounds like my belts are squeeking its a very faint noise, i had my intermediate stering shaft replaced at about 25k miles, my problem started at about 29k miles. and i doubt its the intermediate stering shaft.

I have a very similar problem and I have already replaced the intermediate shaft.

My P/S was groaning slightly, so I replaced it and that problem is now gone, but I still hear/feel something in the steering especially on harder turns.
