Does it have a fuel pump relay in the reworked wiring harness? If yes, then it would tie into the grey wire going to the fuel tank. You might call and ask Melissa to ask Jonathan.

well in the first picture you can see 1 big purple wire and i believe it goes right into the starter relay so thats the wire i was going to use to connect my 5.3 harness' purple wire to.

I updated the post on the purple wire, starter solenoid trigger wire. Small terminal on the starter. Which relay is in the harness, left or right?

yeah the purple one i will splice into the other purple... or can i not do that and will have to extend it all the way to the terminal on the starter?

all three of those are on my 5.3 harness the one to the left is the fuel pump wire relay. the one in the middle is the fuse box and the one on the right is the ignition relay or w/e.

yeah, okay. Tie the wire coming out of the relay to the grey wire coming from the fuel tank.

From what I understand if you cut the purple wire in half and then tie the new purple wire into the end going into the relay...then hook your factory wire to the starter.

I think this will then go through the clutch pedal safety switch so it wont start unless the clutch pedal is pressed all the way down like factory.

Please tell me if I'm wrong.
