    worse come to worse you could put a dab of silicone on the clip to glue it into place. Let it set up overnight.

    yeah, thatd be on the top of my list NOT to do. he has a nice truck and takes no shortcuts, why start now with something so minor yet fairly important. "Duct tape will fix anything!":bsflag:

    Some guys prefer a simple fix over doing things like replacing connecters. Spliced wires look like ass and if not done correctly will cause more issues than the loose connection due it resistance in the wire/solder joint. A dab of silicone isn't even visible and holds solid. So :bsflag:back at ya buddy.
