i dont want to do that, just because im planning on getting a nelson tune as soon as i can, i just found this and was hoping to be able to use it in the mean time.
just wandering, why wont it work? on the box it says it will work for the 4.8, 5.3, 6.0, and 8.1

oh, definetly go with nelson, it wont work b/c they go by vin numbers. Nelson is the man to see for sure

Your truck has a completely new ECM (E38). And you have a 6.2L.

i know i have the 6.2, i was just hoping it would work for my truck just so i have something while i wait to get my nelson tune
