Softer shocks front, stiffer rear. Remove the front sway bar and relocate the battery.

What exactly does the front sway do? The damn thing is loose on the end links and rattles like coins. Should I do stock used shocks in the front? and what for the rear?

4 Link! FTW. I hooked just fine at Temple. Everything Jeff said and put a fuel cell behind the axle.

Like where the spare tire sits? How big you think I could get one back there?

Adjustable shocks. Setup 90/10 on the front and 50/50 on the left rear and 60/40 on the right rear. Get some drag radials and air them down to whatever works best for your setup. A rear anti-sway bar will make it squat square at launch instead of it burying the right corner down only.

    Last but not least, Caltracs.

How much would the ass end drop down with it dead center? Like just for cruising?

Like Red said, you'd move more weight over to the back/right side of your truck. with a full tank you might sit 1/2 an inch lower in the back but that all depends on how soft it is back there now? just put a stiffer shock back there but, I'd be willing to bet the angle of your shocks right now(because of how low you are) are angled so bad they aren't doing any good anyways. Your basically riding on your leaf springs and that's it. shock angle from mount to mount is very important.
