    drum to disc brake swap

I was wondering if the rear ends on these trucks are able to be swapped out easily if one has drums and the other has discs. 05 GMC with rear drums with 04 Chevy with disc brakes. Will the brake lines just plug in to the new brakes or is there going to need to be modifications?

    Thanks for any help.
