Im def. gonna fight it cause the cop said nothing about the racing cause we both said we didnt kno each other and we were just driving so the cops didnt even kno, im in Mass. also. But i wouldnt be able to get community service, id just loose my license.

Well I am sure you can still get it deferred... just talk with the prosecutor, and ask for a deferral, Defencive driving might be out of the question, but its all bargaining. do whatever you have to, just don't settle for paying the fine, you will regret it when it affects your job 2 years from now...
