i have full coverage on everything i drive but i dont know if i want to turn it in because my rates have already jumped up due to being arrested for excessive speed. i think im just gonna go to a junk yard and get a new bumper and fender and get it painted and install it all myself it shouldnt be too hard to find

This wreck falls under a differant catogory; as unpreventable. It's like hitting a deer, my brother lives in the hill country and has hit and claimed 8 claims like this and rates have not gone up. That sucks by the way.
