See there, wasn't a hijack but a lesson to learn that Nelson takes care of everyone to the best of his ability. All tuners go through growing pains. Nelson now has Melissa to help answer phones and do other things that used to consume so much of his time and interfered with his tuning and wrenching on trucks.
