Ya, as far as a New yoke and driveshaft goes, i've heard that the Driveshaft from an automatic truck, as long as its the same body style will work(no shortening needed)... No matter v6 or v8.. i'm not positive, but i've heard this from a couple of people.......And it hasn't really been that Much of a pain in the ass to put the tranny in, more or less just a little more time consuming than i had originally thought, and a couple of more details than most people had said or brought out... other than that, i'm sure i'll love it once i get it done.
