Alright Guys I Need Some Serious Help From The Lsx Masters

I need some ideas guys im stumped. my truck is running like crap. I have a whipple supercharger and i hooked up a intercooler and now the truck is just running awful. I moved my MAF after the intercooler. still running awful. When i push the clutch in the rpms drop past 1000 and the truck dies. when i start to get on it, it hesitates bad then it will finally opens up when i step into it more. I had allen nelson tune it for the intercooler and everything.. im gonna throw a scanner on it tommorrow and check all the parameters but i dont think that will fix anything. A couple things come to mind. It seems like it could be a tune problem possibly, or a MAF problem. But i have a feeling its something to do with the whipple and its bypass valve. Something just isn't right. Its possible it could be fuel pressure too, but i dont know. Im just very frustrated and need some ideas, anything guys???

Did allen do a live tune or a mail order? If he did a live tune he should have an idea of what the problem is. If its not the tune its probably sumthin dumb, like a gasket or a bad plug.

still waiting for allen or john to call me back, but i put my scanner on the truck today and everything seems pretty normal... except my fuel trims are very rich. at idle my long term trims are -20ish and when i start driving long and short term fuel trims go -30 to -60 that seems very! rich is it possible that too rich would be causing my problems stalling when i come to a stop, and sputtering when i get on it?

Sounds like you've got a bad fuel pressure regulater and you're getting too much fuel pressure flooding the engine.

hmm ill pop the gauge on it when i get a chance last time a checked i had a solid 64-65 psi but ill look again.. could'nt it just be in the tune too? when boost hits the fuel trims level out to 0 but when no boost they are way rich

52-62 is the acceptable range last I checked. LS1's run at a fixed 58 PSI.

my truck is a flex fuel model, my understanding is it has a bit stronger fuel pump
