    Headers for a 6.2?

Does anybody make headers for the 6.2 yet? Or will the 6.0 headers fit a 6.2? I have an 07 2WD new body with a 6.2 and 6L80E.

So far I've ordered all this stuff from HPE.

    Livernois stage 3 L92 heads
    Comp Cam 232/236 on a 114 w/ .541/.544 lift
    Precision 3200 multi disk converter

What do you guys think? I really need some headers to make all this work right, and I just found this site. So let me know if there's anything out there.

    Thanks,
    Sam

The headers should fit the heads. Now, if they'll fit the truck is another question at hand.
See my truck data in the "My Garage" section here... http://www.ls1truck.com/forums/my-ga...tml#post191709

Id call Rick @ Synergy Motorsports and have him grind you a custom cam for the L92 heads, the off the shelf grinds seem to leave a lot of power on the table, both at the peak, and especially under the curve. On stock LS2's with ported L92 heads he's getting close to 500 at the wheels.

Honestly, you should just go buy the headers and see if they fit--I am almost sure they will because it is a 2WD. BUT since it is the NNBS, the frame is going to be slightly different. Why not make an install thread on this and document your findings?? That way you could show the install of the heads, cam, and headers for a NNBS truck. I don't think anyone has done a step-by-step thread on mods for the NNBS. You could be the first! Go ahead and go to the New Member section and introduce yourself and talk a little about what you are doing...

Yeah I think I'm just going to buy the pacesetters and y pipe to see what happens. I'm sure we'll need to mod the cat back a little to fit, but hopefully the headers fit the frame.

Adapting a cam into one of these is a pretty involved process. You have to change a lot of things to make it all work right, but HPE is taking care of it all for me.

Yeah, the Pacesetters are the best bang for the buck, plus the fit really well. Are you going to run true duals?
Yeah, the cam install is different from the Gen III motors... It is slightly more involved, but not too difficult.
