awesome find!!!!
See my truck data in the "My Garage" section here... http://www.ls1truck.com/forums/my-ga...tml#post191709
yeah and it says its only 80 bucks for the kit.
does anybody have a link to a thread listing out everything that is needed to do this swap?
Also is there anyway to get the stock vortec engine cover to go back on? Not sure how the TBSS engine cover would look, but maybe not bad if it were painted.
Also remeber that the LS1 has a different Inj. connector than the truck injectors.
you can also go to Casper's Electronics and order the injector conversion harnesses. they are 7.95 each and require no re-pinning just plug and play.

OK, it looks like another potential problem with the TBSS intake swap, is the fact that the TBSS fuel rail only has a feed, for the returnless fuel system, and on the 03 and down trucks there is a feed and return, so would using a 99-03 vette fuel filter/regulator assembly solve this problem?
The you would just need to run a new feed line. Also the above wiring kit wont work on the 03+ trucks, but you can go to LS2, LS7, 90mm throttle body to GM truck or Holden electronic throttle LS1 adapter harness and they have the x-link 2.0 that is plug and play and works with the stock 03+ truck pedal and TA module, and you dont have to cut the harness.
cool. so on 03 + trucks that use a returnless fuel system this swap will be even easier.

i think the guys on the TBSS forum are a bunch of morans. I posted a topic over there asking for an intake manifold and everyone wants to sell me their airbox. even after i posted saying i want the manifold that bolts to the heads and has the injectors mounted to it people are still wanting to know if i mean the airbox
Not sure about that, i put up a post looking for a complete TBSS intake manifold with injectors and rails and TB and within a few hours got a PM from a guy that has a maggie on his TBSS and was about to put the stock stuff up on ebay.
