Well i used a punch and a really sharp chisel and I pretty sure i got all of the easy out, out but when i started drilled i got off center and at and angle

then i started a new hole right at the edge

if i do get it out probaly will have to have a helicoil and larger bolt.
And im using STUDS not f'n bolts

more than likely it going to the machine shop, they said they do them all day long for $45 but im pretty sure its going to be more when they look at it
and they said i dont even have to pull the head...
