Ah I missed that in his sig. I'm running 16psi and I'm running 73lb injectors at about 75% duty cycle. I had similar issues with my engine running with Corvette FlexFuel 42's on 12psi.

all i can say is ive not really had any issues until this point.idk i accidently put this pulley on and its been fine and it is badass when running properly.its just the last month or so its been acting up.what size should i run with this much .i was actually trying to get 11 psi when i got 15 psi didnt realize the paxton nov 2000 i had too put on was 1500 cfm vs the vortec 1000 cfm.

im with you guys on the injectors but y have i been able too run it for months like this runnin like a banshee with no issues then all of a sudden, the last month or so it has progressively gotten worsh.i dont think thats the inj. causing this particular problem.ill see if i can figure out how to post my recent tune the other day i sent too allen ,yes i have hp tuners and a unlocked pcm.

crack the filter loose and run the pump until no air runs out of the filter? Haven't had to fight that battle before. You can stand the filter on end with the out end upwards to send the air bubble up the stream.

    RC Fuel Injection

Per this calculation, not knowing your numbers exactly.

Here is what I put in:
    600HP
    8 Injectors
    .575 BSFC
    .70 Duty Cycle
    43.5 psig

    It returns:
    61.96Lb/hr
    651cc/min

My choice would probably be 60's. If your fuel pressure regulator is not boost referenced I would probably upgrade that as well. This will allow you to set your fuel pressure at 45ish without boost and under boost it will increase 1:1 for every psi. RC

by boost referenced do you mean the vaccuum line on it ?i do have that but allen said i dont need it .if so were do i run the vacc.from ?just a regular vac off the intake?thanks.let me know please its not working right i know it the pump is making all kinds of low and high noises.

o also how do i kow if i spend the money on inj.if there going to be to big and is there such a thing ,would i be chancing it ?or is there math to knowing if there going to be too big?thanks again

With the pump making all kinds of low and high noises I would have the pump and/or the controller checked. Some of them are sensitive to fluctuations in voltage. Injectors can be too big. Maybe someone else can shed some light on this but I was told that as long as I stay within 60-80% duty cycle I will not have any issues. If I go lower I will have difficulty at idle and low rpm. If you go too high you will run out of fuel at high rpm and potentially run lean and damage your motor.

Yes, that would be correct, the vacuum line on your FPR. That goes to any vacuum port in your intake. I have mine coupled with my magnavolt voltage regulator. I could go into the whole math of it but basically the more boost you have the less fuel you will get out of your injector which is why the boost referenced FPR is nice because it somewhat compensates for the extra pressure needed under boost to make you injectors perform the same as if they weren't under boost. Just my .02 RC
