    2002 WS6 TA,,, cast.

As far as headers, I am waiting for NITROUS.

Exhaust now is new, custom bent 3" aluminized pipe, 2 in / 2 out 18" Flowmaster, no CAT's, stealth fit (high and tight) tips turn down right in front of the rear bumper right and left corners, and are cut off even with the bottom of the rear bumper.

Well you asked about headers also, and with "Red" I agreed to use the long tubes from NITROUS. I gave info on my right f-body manifold not fitting. To finish with what I have installed, I didn't use a Y Pipe. I was just listing options for you.

you may also look into running some LS1 swap headers for an S10, they are 1.5 primarys and 2.5 collectors, not the best setup, but they are tight to the block and should have all kinds of clearance in your 98 fullsize.

Im building an iron 408 for a buddys 96 S10 that is getting swapped in with a T56 and were using these headers, made by sanderson.

Another option may be some mustang LS1 swap headers, kinda pricey but they are pretty tight to the block and should have enough clearance as well.
