Nice article man but i was just wondering, where this nelson performance is located, and if i should change the lifters and rockers also.

The lifters are roller types and unless you have over 100k on the lifters, leave them in. Rockers should be fine but if over 100k replace them too, they're cheap. BTW, to change lifters on a Gen3 engine you have to pull the heads.
