Sorry guys, I am going to have to bail on this one. Real estate taxes have effed me for the rest of the year. Unless I can prove that they have exceeded the maximum of 10% increase per year. I know they have but the sneaky bastages have always worked it out where their butts are covered. This year they are trying to raise the land tax about 20% and I am going to have to do something really ugly.
