    Do the ported TB. It's a good investment. I seriously recommend the pulleys--granted, I have the 5.3 but I felt a noticeable difference immediately after putting them on. But if you decide to do the pulleys, do the crank and alt. at the same time. Our trucks have a good exhaust system from the factory, so do some LTs and use the factory catback, but throw on some cool tips... Don't even think of touching the MAF. And do the tune, of course...
