yeah, that's correct. If you want it to sit flat without drawing it up with the bolts, set it on a hot plate or in your oven until its about 300 degrees and then set it on there. The ring gear has a slight press fit to ensure correct concentricity.

I kind of had a hunch it was right.. I measered both to be sure. O.D. of ring is 8.5" O.D. of diff was 8.5" both have 10 holes...I rekon it's good. I'll have my machine man heat it up then... thanks red!!
