    Lt1 into 95 1500, header options?

I have recently bought a 95 single cab, shortbed 1500 with a 95 impala ss lt1 in it. the previous engine was the v6 (new to chevy's, so a little light on the info for the v6's). It has the stock impala exaust manifolds, and im wanting to run full length headers on it. Will headers made for the stock 350 engine work with my setup?

The long tube hooker truck headers will work perfectly. Been there done that.

correct, i believe mine are hedman "pros" or something like that. i DO have leaks on my drivers side ports that i can't seem to get fixed. i'll try double gaskets some day. the oval to "D" ports seal fine on the dpass side, but aren;t on the drivers side. no idea. as said before, long tubes for your truck year will fit the motor with no prob.

I agree. Gen 1 headers will work.
