I measured the distance from the flywheel end of the block to the bolt hole location on the original block and then did the same on the ls1. I then put it into my CAD software and designed exactly what I thought I would need. After a day later I found that the F-body alternator setup won't work in the current configuration, using the mounts from the 92 engine. There is a lot of extra room under the hood and I am considering moving the trans/engine 1" forward to get the room I need to use the F-body brackets. I will work on that tomorrow and let you know how it comes out.

Dapolice....mine is a two wheel drive. 4x2 not 4x4
