    rear end (_!_)

Ok guys, you have helped me pick my motor and transmission now its time to decide on the rear end. I cant drive around with only one tire spinning!

so are there any kits out there to set my open end to a lim slip? my current ratio is 3:42

    thanks

I like the Auburn Pro. I've had two new Auburns (not the pro models) and they're awesome. First one went over 150k and new one is rolling over 3k.

my detroit tru-trac has been flawless so far. it takes a bit of adjustment in corners (just let off the friggen gas for a second or 2 on a 90* corner hahaha) but it isnt too touchy and always there when you need it. one wheel will NOT spin without the other.

    old mod list: H/C/I/N/E/G 408
new mod list: 5.3, gears/posi, mufler and tune : (

I'm running the eaton posi. I have over 40,000 miles on it with no problems.
Whichever one you can get the best deal on get it. Don't think you can go wrong with any of them.

Yup, all 3 are good units--it just comes down to preference--the Auburn and Eaton use clutches and bands and the Detriot uses gear sets....right Greg? I don't wanna post anymore false info...
