I have MSD's and they are great. I used to have the MSD Blaster Coils, but they really didn't do much. A waste of money in my opinion...

The Thundervolt 10.5s were sweet on my old truck.

I have the MSD's and they work great, but the boot on one of them split. I have just ordered some new taylors, I think 8.2 same as the 10.4, but without the extra jacket.

runnin msd's never had probs. btw the truck coils are the best coils out on stock LS based engines. as has been stated the coils are fine for 99% of the applications out there.
