Sprayed99, TXarkitekt, Farmtruc or anyone that has done the conversion to remove EGR would be a good one to ask. I bought a GM block off plug for the manifold. I think I heard someone say they cut the intake end of the EGR piping off, fill it in with JB weld, let it harden and the replace it back in the intake manifold.
