You should be able to get the washers from the guys that you got the engine from if they didn't send them with the engine. HKE sent the washers with mine. Standard washers will work, it just will take two of them between the studs and windage tray most likely.
Yeah, I have a box of stuff I didn't even open yet, so they might be in there.
