no luck getting to the track

Drove out to Kennedale last night and it was spectating only.
I was going to try this afternoon, but got rained out, even though its dry now.
Wasnt expecting much, but was bored.
I was not even planning on putting the slicks on. Afterall, its a low compression baby cammed motor built for a power adder that doesnt have one on it.
Now it looks like rain possible all week.

There's evenings all week long. Northstar is open on Wednesday nights now and they're getting a lot of cars going there to beat the weekend pressure.

A friend and I went to Rediline last night. He raced his 01 Silverado and ran a 8.09 motor pass. Went to do a nitrous pass and his aux fuel pump wouldnt come on.

Yea, its got some balls. He has a 6.0 in it now. When he had the 5.3 in it, he ran a best 7.33 on nitrous.
