Update: Just for shits & grins, I replaced the factory fuel pump relay in the power center, in the engine compartment. Guess what? It worked! Have been using the truck for a couple days now. So far, so good. Wonder if the wires on the fuel pump though, that corrode & are causing the pumps to eventually go bad, are also causing the relay to fail? Hmmmm.....
