It is decided. Billy at TRT is getting my motor together. I'm copying the setup he did in the tahoe. 5.3 bored out to 5.7 specs. Forged rods,pistons, rings, arp bolts. I have a set of 317 heads professionally ported/polished. put my 918 springs on them. still unsure as to which cam. will prob put mine back in there for now. it just seems a shame not to put in a bigger one since it will be apart anyway. How about some input? is the 224 cam a monster? I will still be driving it everyday. Boosting 12-18 psi (undecided). Looking for 550-600+ hp with the crew cab in the 12's.
