turn the puller hooks around and grab the outside of the pulleyalso you can pull it from the inner tabs, not the ones near the crank but along the outer edge, its hard to explain in words if i was there id say right here
the balancer has 3 inner tabs and 3 outer tabs those are the ones im talking about. also you can get a monster puller, the kind they use on heavy eqmnt. and pumps and just grab the entire outside of the pulley and itll come off.
