I just purchased a 1999 Silverado 2500, with 6.0. Should the fan clutch on this always sound like a 757 about to take off. I know others don't continue to do that. But this one never quits. Also, would I gain any mpg by changing to a 3:73 rear,as opposed to the current 4:10.
