That's not opposite that's the exact same. Bigger cams with more duration/lift/overlap cause low idle vacuum and stiff vacuum assist brakes.

Or a Denali like mine...it has hydraulic assist too. The downer from this system is that on low speed maneuvers where you use a lot of steering input and a lot of brake application none of it works that great because your strapping the pump. There may be different pump options.
