No offense--but just take off the two 10 mm bolts and remove the heat shield.

Yeah, the best way to do it is to put the servo back in piece by piece...if the tranny is in the truck and you didn't lower it. The c-clip can be a pain getting back in--I have always used a pair of angled tip needle nose pliers. But a small slot head screwdriver also works pretty well...
