if we were discussing parts, well then thats usually the case...
but in this scenario, your basically paying for someones knowledge...
everyone around here talks about a nelson tune like they are talking about some hot blonde that rubs up against them at the local convenient store, bout the weirdest thing Ive read in a while. 
Whomever you decide to go with, it would seem to be more ideal, if at all possible, to take your truck to a shop and have it programmed while your there. At least then youll have what seems to be dyno proof of the modifications made.
