ya it will all just bolt in..... You might want to go ahead and throw some forged pistons, and h beam rods.... and while your at it some Clevite hp bearings, and a Melling oil pump and comp double roller timing chain..... This is what I did.... I bought the exact same motor, then completly rebuilt it.... lol, if you need any new parts I know where some are.... you will love it.
