Sell off the whole truck and buy a NBS truck. You can do it but its going to be quite a chore. If you've got a lot of patience and deep pockets, it won't be too bad. Unless you drive a 50k a year you'll not do much better on fuel costs in the long run if you factor in the conversion costs.
Oh yeah, the TD has a different bellhousing shape on the transmission to engine mount if I remember correctly.
