I'm liking my Vigilante though the one I bought (used) is for an Fbody and is loose as a goose.

Yeah, I think a truck model (3 disk) is about $900.

Daniel just check the front cover on the converter on Monday and see how the paint is doing first. If the pain gets burnt then you can either get them to send you another or buy a yank converter. The thing that sucks about yank is for a converter that would stall like the one you have right now it would take an SS3600 which a bit more expensive then teh TT series if I remember right. It sounds like they are going to take care of you from what you told me if you want to go that route.

yeah when i was pricing them they were like $900, but idk its better to buy what u really need even if it means spending more $ on it now it could save u a lot down the road.

For what it's worth - I demolished the clutch in my Fuddle and the paint looked brand new. But the fluid looked like clutch soup.

yeah screw them damn Fuddles, they made me blow my 6.0, the sprague broke in half, mine just started whining for a bit before i blew it[/b]

How did a dead converter kill your motor?

Go with a PI unit, I've recommended them from day one. I run a 3800 triple clutch.
