Another ? i have is do i need a new crank pulley bolt or can i re-use the old one? Just wonderin if its a torque to yield or not. Yes i will be at Nelson Performance THIS Friday.

It is torque to yield, you "officially" need a new one. However I have heard of guys using loctite and over torque the shit out of it. Personally I'll spend the $12 bucks and save the oil leak/potential crank issue.
