What do i need to do to get that to fit properly on my 2000 extended cab? thinking of taking my $$ for reparing hail damage on my truck and putting it towards this, if the truck moves fast enough you can't see the dents

I think the only difference with a regular cab and extended is an extra length of straight pipe under the cab. Everything else should be the same.

Believe me, I did think about putting it on the trailblazer, but I would end up only using the oil pump. The rest of the kit would have to be changed, the turbo would have to be upgraded and the intake pipe would have to be custom made.
