    Update

The last year has been a busy one. I have practically disappeared from the sport truck scene after trading the 02. I havent been working on the car over the year, but the last three months have been all about the goat. I bought and installed a painintheass (painless) harness, which will never happen again. The ignition wires were about two feet short and the wires for the passenger side lights were about 3 feet short. I also bought another 200 4r trans for the car and have finally made it driveable. Aside from cars I tried my skills in acting and am currently working on getting a resume ready to try some voice acting in commercials and cartoons. I am hoping it turns out well. Who knows, you may here me on the TV one day.

Welcome back, I had wondered what had happened to you, or if you finally made it to California. Good luck with the acting career.

Thanks! I probably won't be back like I once was, I'm really missing the lowrider. I just figured I would drop in for an update since its been about a year. The wife and I are expecting our first child, not sure how I forgot to mention that one but I did. We are now one year closer to our 4-year plan to move out west. It is still a plan to go, we're just taking our time to make sure it sticks.

More progress on das goat. I have most of my stainless installed now, still need some window rollers and things before I can finish up the interior. Expect more pics as progress continues. I still haven't worked much on my voice acting because the car and house are eating up most of my time.

Thanks man! I have some straightening to do on the grille (I'm a little too picky), but it's getting there. I almost ran a screw through the deck lid last night when I was installing the stainless trim, really pissed me off, but the whole car needs to be re-painted again anyway since the ceiling started falling on it.

I FINALLY got rid of my damn leased silverado. I hated that 2011 crew cab with a passion, mainly because I didn't want to mod a lease I think. I ate a few thousand on it, like 5. However, I picked up a 2005 Yukon XL for under 10k. Loaded up just like I've been wanting for a while; everything except navigation. It even had the high polished wheels that I like. I'll get some pics after I pick it up from the dealership. It sat on the lot for a whopping 12 hours before I scoped it on Sunday. I signed papers on it today before they even had a chance to detail it. I think I might finally be satisfied with my autos.
