so i took the advice, let the tune get worn in a little bit, and went out to SAR.

    60ft: 2.3851
    330ft: 6.8885
    1/8 ET: 10.6126
    1/8 MPH: 66.27
    1000 ET: 13.8037
    1/4 ET: 16.5282
    1/4 MPH: 82.16

that was my first run of the night. i didnt get much better then that. but 16.5 is pretty awesome for my truck. i was thinking about maybe letting allen do a little more aggressive, and i think im content with it right now.

i raced a stock 5.3 the second run, and tore him upp, by 1/10 of a second. i was pretty proud of that. i guess the i can only decrease in time from here. so its a good base. there was a guy with a '06 chevy, and i asked if it was the VHO, but he didnt know. but he had some badass rims on their. they were stock and had a chevy emblem in the middle. i liked them alot. but i left after about an hour and a half. i was on empty, and all the dirty ricers started showing up, so i was like effe this im out of here.

I'd put some spray on that 4.3L and really go to town.

haha i dont know if i could handle nitrous right now. plus how long would some of the internals last with a 50-75 shot? i mean ive kept up with the engine pretty decently clean. but i dont know. i would have to get a tonneau cover, to put the bottle in the back and those are expensive. haha i dont know....
