Chris--what rpm do you run up to with the z06 cam?I run my vette up to 6700--I see you are going to put in rockers--I've been using 1.8 crane gold rockers, dual ls1 springs and the matching pushrods(there is a kit from Crane with all the stuff matched up)with the z06 for about 30k miles and they work great. How much power did you pick up with the cam?I am considering doing the same thing to my truck.

Go with the Comp grind, that LS6 cam is better for a light vehicle. If you're hell bent on the LS6 cam, run the '01 version.

Why the 01 version, the 02 version was the one recommended by Allen over the 01 version in my 4x4. I saw a 41 rwhp gain in mine with a 93 octane tune (I had a 93 tune with the stock cam also).

I think Allen has my shift points set to 6200, I'll have to look at my file and see, I have the LS6 springs but I dont know how high is too high, my hp peaks at 5800.
