I held the nut with the ground. just hold the nut with the broken bolt in the center. tack the bolt to the nut. Then get a good weld in the inside until the nut is filled up. Let it cool for a second then attempt to remove.

Dont give up. It may not work the first time. I went though 3 different kinds of nuts before I got it.
